Calum Lewis

Founder and Principal Consultant
Calum Lewis
Calum has over 25 years’ experience in supply chain management, having held senior positions in demand and supply planning, manufacturing, logistics and sourcing, across a number of sectors including Consumer Goods, Food & Drink and Retail.

Most recently, Calum held the role of Senior Director for the LEGO Group with supply chain responsibility for the EMEA region. His time at LEGO saw him drive five-fold sales growth in the UK/Ireland market whilst supporting their climb to No 1 UK Toy Supplier.

Calum is passionate about helping businesses unlock the potential value that supply chains have to offer through smarter design that delivers cost efficiencies whilst supporting positive customer service levels.

Calum also holds a master’s degree in Business Management.

Paul Kelly

Paul Kelly
Paul has spent many years in senior roles in supply chain strategy and development at Telefonica Europe before becoming a consultant. He is also a Chartered Management Consultant.

He has supported clients in manufacturing, distribution and service organisations to develop their supply chain capabilities and implement new operating models.

Paul is passionate about both consulting as a helping profession and for the use of system thinking to help leaders, teams and organisations make the changes that really make a difference.

Andy Nelson
Andy is a professionally qualified and award-winning procurement and supply chain executive who has delivered business transformational change programmes for globally reaching organisations for over 25 years.

He is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply, the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport and the Institute of Supply Chain Management.

Andy provides expertise to clients of any size with end-to-end commercial, sourcing, procurement, supply chain and logistics solutions on a global basis.

Originally from an engineering background, Andy's career has developed across Manufacturing, Retail, FMCG, Food (Frozen, chilled, and ambient), Catering, Professional Services, Travel, Leisure & Fitness, Financial Services, Logistics & Transportation and Oil & Gas.

Andy has deep knowledge and experience of delivering solutions at various levels of complexity, business transformation and geographical challenges specific to commercial benefits, strategic sourcing, supplier / customer engagement / management, high performing team development and knowledge transference.

Fiona Kemp

Fiona Kemp
Fiona has held senior supply chain roles within major organisations most recently as a member of the Senior Leadership team at Meggitt Ansty Park with responsibility for demand and production planning.

She also held several senior roles in demand & supply planning, logistics and IT implementation projects across low volume, original equipment build and aftermarket sectors at Rolls-Royce.

Fiona enjoys working with clients to really get under the skin of their business in order to implement positive change that can be seen on their bottom line.

Fiona also holds a master's degree in Supply Chain Management.

Dan is an extremely experienced supply chain, logistics and procurement consultant with broad experience developed across Retail, Ecommerce, Foodservice and FMCG.

Dan has a strong history of leading change and project management delivering substantial benefits in high profile brands including Superdrug, Carphone Warehouse, Starbucks and WH Smith.

Qualified in PRINCE 2 and CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants), Dan takes an end-to-end strategic view looking for both innovative and simple process solutions.

Conor Gormley

Conor Gormley
Conor has a wealth of experience in supply chain management having spent many years as WW Supply & Demand Manager for IBM, with particular focus on streamlining supply chain and procurement strategy.

Conor also led Lenovo’s first dedicated supply chain analytics team (internal consultants).

As a supply chain consultant, Conor specialises in quickly identifying bottlenecks / gaps, and designing processes and / or tools to fix them.

Skills and Expertise

End-to-end supply chain analysis – Tailoring the solution to the company, and its environment. One size does not fit all.
Data analytics – Taking your existing data and letting the data tell the story using Excel/Power BI etc. The answer may already be there.
Spend analytics - Recategorising spend from finance codes into procurement categories, to quickly identify both cost saving opportunities (typically 10%+) and PO/order count reduction.
Leadership - Identifying quick wins to build momentum and collaborative teamwork.
