Our latest project with Karndean DesignFlooring is now complete!
We have been working with global flooring manufacturer, Karndean, on a fantastic project to build end-to-end supply chain capability.
The project incorporated undertaking a comprehensive review of demand, inventory and supply planning for their global supply chain, culminating in the selection of new planning software against a structured framework of requirements. Core aims are to improve the demand signal, manage variability in the supply chain, and enhance supplier collaboration.
